Thank you for your interest in submitting to Fonda Foto + Film! We print twice a year and have two submission deadlines, though we will accept submissions all year long.
Please note that our submission guidelines have changed! To submit, please send up to 20 images representative of the wedding, styled shoot, or category that you would like us to consider to [email protected]. We need to see not just the couple, but also the details and the fun!
Submissions should be low resolution images. If your submission is selected you will be asked to submit additional high resolution images for printing.
Photographers’ submissions MUST be organized into ONE email per wedding or category. If you have multiple weddings, styled shoots, or categories to submit, please send them in separate emails.
If you are a baker or a florist, you may send all your submissions in one email. Be sure you have written permission from the photographer and that high-resolution, unwatermarked images are available. Please include the photographer’s name(s).
We send out a call for submissions a few times a year. If you would like to receive these emails, please let us know by emailing [email protected] and we’ll add you to our list!

Featured Weddings
We feature as many as 24 real weddings in each of our issues. The weddings you submit should be current, not having taken place more than a year ago. Since our state is so big, we try very hard to not publish weddings at the same venue in back-to-back issues.
We know that couples come in all shapes, sizes, ages, and colors. What people love about our magazine is that it portrays real couples tying the knot. We love variety! Please be sure to send photos from the entire day—from the preparation to the last dance—and include all of the wonderful details in between.
What do we take into consideration when choosing our features? Location, for one. We do not publish two weddings that take place in the same venue in the same issue. The quality of the photos is also a major deciding factor. We also love publishing interesting stories, so if there is something about your couple that is noteworthy, let us know!
Inspiration Shoots
We feature up to 8 inspiration shoots in each of our issues. We leave the theme up to you and your team! You may submit a wedding that you have already photographed or create an inspiration shoot from scratch. We also offer special advertising opportunities for the event designer and photographer who take part in a special inspiration shoot. Visit our website to see what we’ve published in the past.
Floral Guide
In this section we share photos of gorgeous floral designs including bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. The florist credited must be the one that designed and produced the featured florals. If you are a florist submitting your own work, please be sure you have written permission from the photographer and that high-resolution images are available.
Cakes
We publish a collection of the most beautiful, whimsical, stunning, fun, sophisticated, and jaw-dropping cakes that were created by bakers and cake artists. If you are a baker submitting your own work, please be sure you have written permission from the photographer and that high-resolution images are available.
